Jacqueline Neiazy

Jacqueline Neiazy has been Director and Head of the Cologne office of ISiCO GmbH since 2023. She specializes in data protection law and, in her role as (group) data protection officer, advises start-ups, medium-sized companies and corporations, among others, and advises national and international clients on health, employee and corporate data protection. In particular, she manages projects for the implementation of data protection audits, data protection impact assessments and holds training courses and workshops, deals with works council issues and conducts negotiations. She has many years of experience in designing, advising on and securing data-related business models and projects. She specializes in particular in the eCommerce, finance, pharmaceutical, automotive and insurance sectors as well as in employee, health and corporate data protection and data protection in the public sector.

Jacqueline Neiazy is a licensed lawyer and certified data protection officer. She studied law at the University of Cologne and completed her second state examination at the Ministry of Justice in Düsseldorf.
